Lucie Brooks Butler
Lucie Brooks Butler is a London-based Production Designer known for crafting emotionally resonant and visually compelling environments across film, music videos, and commercial content. She creates immersive spaces that evoke nostalgia and a sense of familiarity, inviting viewers to connect with the past while embracing contemporary aesthetics.
Her recent work includes the feature film I Live Here Now (2025), Julie Pacino’s haunting debut, where her atmospheric design helped bring the film’s eerie narrative to life. Lucie’s other work include Chloe Slater’s Harriet, a visually rich reimagining of Normal People, showcasing her flair for mood and storytelling.
Inspired by vintage aesthetics, Lucie reimagines old beauty for modern spaces—celebrating imperfection through bold colors, organic shapes, clean lines, and playful details that integrate seamlessly into contemporary design. She works closely with clients, curating spaces where storytelling remains central.
Trained in Theatre Design at Nottingham Trent University, with foundational studies in Art and Design at Wimbledon College of Arts (UAL), Lucie brings a multidisciplinary approach that blends artistic vision with practical execution.
